CAR RENTAL

Reservations are secured by the sending of 30% (one third) of the total fee by credit transfer or Western Union to the company RAYANO. The remainder of the payment is due on the delivery date of your vehicle. No refunds are given for the early return of the vehicle.

Daily rates are calculated by 24 hour periods. Partial days count as whole days.

Payment is in cash (Dirham or other currencies) or by credit card. Credit card payments generate bank costs which will be charged to the customer.

DRIVER’S LICENSE

You must be at least 23 years of age, and have held a valid driving license for a minimum of two years.

You must present your driver’s license at the time the contract is signed.

INSURANCE

Complementary basic risk insurance is provided. Additional discretionary insurance is available.

In case of an accident the costs of towing will be borne by the customer.

An accident report must be produced within 24 hours at the latest describing the damage to the vehicle covered by insurance.

In addition, a police report is required for any accident. Absence of these documents will result in the full costs being borne by the customer.

The agency takes no responsibility for the loss of personal effects.

The customer is responsible for the vehicle both on the road and when it is parked.

FUEL

Fuel is the responsibility of the customer.  Any excess fuel returned with the vehicle is not refundable.
